To integrate and use Squarebox effectively with the WhatsApp Business API, meeting the prerequisites outlined below is essential. Completing these steps ensures a seamless setup and avoids unnecessary delays.

1. Facebook Business Manager Account

Purpose:

A Facebook Business Manager Account is mandatory for managing your business presence on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

Why is it Required?

  • Centralized management of business assets.

  • Essential for WhatsApp Business API integration.

  • Helps maintain compliance with Meta policies.

Steps to Create a Facebook Business Manager Account:

  1. Go to Facebook Business Manager.

  2. Click on β€˜Create Account.’

  3. Enter your Business Name, Your Name, and Business Email Address.

  4. Click on β€˜Submit’ to create the account.

  5. Verify your email through the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

Key Requirements:

  • A Facebook Page or Instagram Page linked to your business.

  • Admin access to the Facebook Business Manager account.

2. Business Website

Purpose:

Your business website acts as a verification tool for your business's legitimacy during WhatsApp API approval.

Essential Website Requirements:

  1. Professional Design: Ensure your website is polished and functional.

  2. Business Identity: Display your Business Name, Logo, and Contact Information prominently.

3. Dedicated Phone Number

Purpose:

A dedicated phone number is required for your WhatsApp Business Account.

Key Requirements:

  2. Should not be linked to any personal WhatsApp account.

  3. Cannot be actively used on another WhatsApp-enabled device.

Steps to Prepare Your Number:
