### Overview

The Customer Timeline in Squarebox offers a detailed view of all interactions and updates related to a specific customer — all in one place. It helps your team track lead activity, understand customer history, and act quickly with full context.

### &#x20;How to Access

1. Go to the Customers section.
2. Click on any customer record.
3. On the right panel, you will see the Customer Timeline.<br>

### &#x20;What You Can See in the Timeline

The timeline displays a chronological log of all customer-related events, including:

* &#x20;Template Sends (e.g., campaigns, automations)<br>
* &#x20;Automation Actions (e.g., state updates, tag changes)<br>
* &#x20;Tag Additions or Removals<br>
* &#x20;Lead State Changes (e.g., New → Interested)� Agent Actions (e.g., manual replies, status changes)\ <br>

### &#x20;Key Fields Displayed

Along with activity logs, the customer panel shows:

* Mobile Number
* Email
* Status (Active, Inactive, etc.)
* Tags
* Segments
* Lead State

This makes it easy to assess a lead's current stage at a glance.
