# User Roles & Permissions

Squarebox allows you to manage **team access and permissions** within the Chats section, ensuring efficient communication while maintaining control.

| **Role**                | **Description**                                                                                         |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**               | Has full access to all features, including managing all conversations, assigning chats, and user roles. |
| **Support Team Member** | Can access and respond to messages, initiate conversations, and assign chats to other team members.     |
| **Viewer**              | Can view conversations but cannot respond or initiate new conversations.                                |
